Domestic Shipping
Our orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days, and delivery usually occurs within 7-10 working days.
International Shipping
We use DHL Express for international shipping. Please note that The Fleur is not responsible for any taxes or duties levied by the destination country.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. Returns are processed for store credit only.
To arrange a return or exchange pickup, please contact us via email at hello@thefleur.co.in or call/WhatsApp our customer care at +91 8590616832 (Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. IST). We will review your request and respond within 48 working hours. A fee of Rs 200 will be deducted from your final credit note amount for all returns.

Wash Care Instructions
Hand wash or machine wash in cold water (below 30°C/86°F)
